When Will My Order Ship?

Please allow 3 - 7 business days for your order to physically ship. You'll receive a USPS tracking number, via email, for your order 1-3 days before your item is dropped off at the post office. I Put The Wrong Address On My Order. What Should I Do?

Please, CONTACT US immediately with your order number and provide us with the correct shipping address. We will do our best to update to the correct shipping address. However, if your package has already been physically shipped we are unable to stop the delivery. If your package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange another shipment, you will need to pay additional shipping fees to have the package re-shipped.

What Size are The Fluffy Bubble's Products?

Our standard size jars are 7 ounces in weight for Buttercream body butters, Dreamcream body creams, and Bubblesugar whipped foaming scrubs. Bubblebutter (new formula) body washes are 7 ounces in weight. Bubblecream body washes (old formula) are 4 - 5.5 ounces in weight. We use the same jars for every product, so they're all the same visual size/volume. Every jar is lined with a thin disposable liner to ensure maximum freshness. Our unique jar lid is an easy open, air-tight, flip cap that you'll love the convenience of!
Are TFB's Products Made Fresh? What's Their Shelf Life?

Yes, our products are all made fresh in small batches weekly. We recommend that you use your products within 1 year of when they were shipped to you. However, that doesn't mean that your products won't last longer. They should last at least 3 years without any performance issues when kept at room temperature without excess bath/shower water or air entering the product.
Will The Fluffy Bubble's Products Melt in Transit?

No. All of our products are formulated to withstand heat and not melt in transit regardless of the time of year.
Are TFB's Products Natural?

All of our products are at least 96% natural and naturally derived! We never use any harmful chemicals or potentially harmful ingredients. The only non-natural ingredients in some products are some colorant and/or some fragrances. However, we often use natural colorants and fragrance as well.
